1.All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our programs, memberships, educational materials, courses, and exclusive content, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

2.Memberships & Subscriptions

By purchasing a membership or subscription through Now & Love, you authorize the applicable recurring charges disclosed during checkout.

• Membership payments are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions before the next billing date.
• Canceling a membership prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund of previous payments.
• Access to membership benefits may continue through the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the applicable membership terms.

All digital products, including but not limited to:

Are considered final purchases and are not eligible for refunds once payment has been processed.

4.Participation & Personal Results

Individual experiences and outcomes will vary. Purchasing access to our programs does not guarantee any particular personal, financial, emotional, or spiritual result.

A customer’s individual experience, level of participation, or subjective assessment of the material does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5.Payment Authorization & Chargebacks

By completing a transaction, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers agree not to initiate unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks for purchases they knowingly authorized and received.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
